Itinerary

Drive from Nairobi to Nanyuki (196km), then to Sirimon Gate (2650m). After lunch and briefing, hike 10km (3 hours) through the forest to Old Moses Camp. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

A 6-8 hour, 13km trek through scenic landscapes, including Mackinders Valley. Arrive at Shiptons Camp for evening tea, dinner, and overnight.

Start at 3 am for Point Lenana (4985m) to catch the sunrise. Descend to Mintos Camp (4200m) for breakfast, then trek 8 hours (14km) to Meru Bandas, passing Gorges Valley and Lake Ellis. Enjoy a hot shower, dinner, and overnight at the bandas.

A 2-hour, 10km descent to meet the vehicle for transfer to Chogoria town, then onward travel.
