Our website form itself stores nothing: it simply composes a message that you send to us via your own email client or WhatsApp.

We use your details solely to design your safari, prepare quotations, arrange bookings with camps, parks and transport partners, and communicate with you before, during and after your journey. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

4. Sharing with partners

To operate your safari we share only the details necessary — names for park permits and camp manifests, dietary needs with lodges, flight details with air operators. All partners are bound to use this information only for your booking.

5. Data retention

We keep booking correspondence for as long as needed to service your journey and to meet legal and accounting obligations in Kenya, after which it is deleted.
